MRO EXPRESS

     In 1996 MRO EXPRESS was established and in a very short time became recognized as it exists today as a premium service leaving no detail in the business untouched.  It quickly became evident that in the business of the MRO organization a rapid, efficient, and customer service oriented company was a combination that the drug testing world desperately needed in MRO service.  MRO EXPRESS set out to fill the gaps of this deficiency by forming a group of MRO's certified by MROCC and/or AMMRO in all levels of drug testing including:  hair, urine, and saliva that were full time MRO's without the distractions of primary practice.  The lack of distraction from primary practice opened the doors to maximum access to the MRO's for questions that could be answered promptly and in a manner that was relaxed and personable.  Due to the fact our MRO's are full time, this ensures that their experience level far exceeds that of the part time physician who has a primary clinic setting that requires full attention.  

     It also became clearly apparent that there was a considerable loss in the area of customer service in the industry.  MRO EXPRESS sets the company up in a way that the clients are all given their own account managers and are responded to by a live person and not by automated systems.  This ensures all results and questions are taken care of  by extremely experienced MRO assistants in a timely and concerned matter.

     MRO EXPRESS also has recognized the need for efficient software for accurate record keeping and production of professional reporting.  Our reports are generated through Drug Pak software a leader in  the drug testing software industry.  This system also allows us to save our enviroment by having a paperless system that also allows quick retrieval of results. Our MRO capabilities include operating systems just as CIS, Drugpak, Lodus, OneSource, and all other downloading software systems.
