MRO EXPRESS houses 3 fully trained and accredited MRO assistants that are able to handle all customer service oriented calls with expedience and personalization.  The turn around time for all negatives is normally less than 3 hours but always within 24 hours of receipt from the lab.  All positive reviews are addressed immediately and the physicians are alerted to random D.O.T. status or other critical information regarding the time sensitivity of the positive review.
